How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
- Open the "Settings" app on your device
- Tap your name at the top (iOS) or open Google Play → Subscriptions (Android)
- Select the Group SMS subscription
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The app crashes unexpectedly, what can I do?
If the app closes unexpectedly, try these steps:
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest version
- Restart your device
- Check that you have enough free storage
- If it persists, uninstall and reinstall the app (you won't lose your subscription)
If none of these help, contact us with your device and issue details.
How can I request a refund?
Since purchases are processed by the store, refund requests go directly to Apple or Google:
- Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the purchase and the reason for the refund
- Submit the request
What features are included in the Pro subscription?
The Pro subscription includes:
- Campaigns: assisted batch sending over several days
- Scheduled messages, one-off or recurring
- Attachments (image or PDF) on your messages
