How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top (iOS) or open Google Play → Subscriptions (Android)
  3. Select the Group SMS subscription
  4. Tap "Cancel subscription"

The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The app crashes unexpectedly, what can I do?

If the app closes unexpectedly, try these steps:

  1. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check that you have enough free storage
  4. If it persists, uninstall and reinstall the app (you won't lose your subscription)

If none of these help, contact us with your device and issue details.

How can I request a refund?

Since purchases are processed by the store, refund requests go directly to Apple or Google:

  1. Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
  2. Select the purchase and the reason for the refund
  3. Submit the request

The Pro subscription includes:
